DESIGN
Design is one of our initial and critical phases of the construction process, and it involves translating the project’s requirements, objectives, and ideas into a tangible and executable plan.
- Work closely with the client to understand requirements, objectives, and vision for the project
- Establish scope of work including functional and aesthetic specifications
- Create design concepts to visualize the project’s overall layout and form
- Produce architectural drawings including floor plans
- Collaborate with structural engineers to ensure the project is structurally sound
- Select materials with consideration to durability, aesthetics, and sustainability
- Evaluate design elements to find cost-effective options without compromising quality
- Engage in regular communication with client until final design plans are approved

- Pre-construction planning to finalize construction schedule and sequence of work

- Complete interior walls, flooring, and other components
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure construction meets design standards
- Oversee day-to-day project management responsibilities including project progress, budgets, and timelines
- Maintain regular communication with client to provide project updates
- Conduct final inspections and prepare the building to handover to the client

MANAGE
Effective project management drives the project to successful completion while meeting the client’s requirements and expectations.
- Provides comprehensive project management throughout the lifecycle of the construction project
- Provides up to date budget management to ensure adherence to financial requirements
- Offers post-construction support to address any issues and provide solutions
- Provides facility management to support the client in operating the building efficiently and address maintenance issues or concerns
- Maintains regular communication with the client regarding every management component of the project including any design, construction, maintenance, or other building and operation support
